We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Hydrovac Operator / Labourer to join our team servicing Sydney and the Northern Beaches.
This is a hands-on role that would suit someone with Hydrovac experience, civil construction experience, or an experienced HR driver looking for a long-term opportunity within a growing business.
About the Role
- Operating Hydrovac excavation equipment
- Driving and maintaining company vehicles
- Non-destructive excavation around underground services
- Site setup and pack down
- Assisting with civil and excavation works
- Working safely and efficiently on construction sites
- Completing daily vehicle and equipment checks
- Liaising professionally with clients, site supervisors and contractors
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Current HR Licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- White Card
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Good communication skills
- Commitment to workplace safety
Highly Regarded:
- Previous Hydrovac experience
- Civil construction experience
- Excavator, truck or plant operation experience
- Traffic control tickets
- First Aid certification
