Your role will be a combination of handling a high-volume of inbound calls and supporting with online appointments, ensuring patients have a smooth and positive bookings experience for their diagnostic procedures.
You will be required to be available for 7.6 hour shifts between the times of 7:15AM to 5:15PM.
What will you be doing:
- Be the first point of contact for patient interaction
- Providing excellent customer service and patient care
- Managing appointments to maximise customer service and clinic efficiency
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
Driving the delivery of high-quality service to patients and referrers

Key selection criteria:
- Previous customer service experience (highly desirable)
- Ability to multitask while using multiple computer systems
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
Have patience and empathy to alleviate medical concerns for patients
