About the role
As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll support the delivery of Temperzone’s marketing strategy by helping bring marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns to life. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and wider marketing team, you’ll assist with events, communications, digital activity, and marketing collateral. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys variety, creativity, and working across multiple projects.
This is opportunity is a full-time, 6-month maternity cover.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning and delivery of marketing events, including product launches and industry trade shows.
Assist with trade marketing initiatives such as showroom support and brand advertising for trade partners.
Manage marketing collateral and promotional materials, including inventory, printing, and distribution.
Assist with the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns and maintain customer data in the CRM system.
Support the development of sales and marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
Assist with digital marketing activity, including website updates, social media content, and online campaigns.
Collect and review industry and competitor marketing information.
Provide general support to the marketing team and other office functions when required.
Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures.
Skills and Experiences:
What you will bring to the role
- Qualification in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field (degree or diploma preferred).
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and intermediate Excel.
- Good presentation, design, and coordination skills.
- Some experience with websites, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative team‑focused approach.
