Burleigh Baker Paradise Point shop is looking for an experienced Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our small, friendly team !
About the Role:
- Craft high-quality coffee, Latte arts with precision and consistency if you apply as a barista.
- Provide Good customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Handle front-of-house duties, including taking orders and assisting customers
- Support the kitchen team when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and efficiency in the café
What We’re Looking:
- Proven experience as a barista in a fast-paced café environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A positive, team-oriented mindset
- Availability for rotating shifts, including early mornings.
- The right to work in Australia

- Hours: 24 - 38 per week
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts or 5hours, rotating roster (Early morning & day)
