The Southwest Councils ICT Alliance (SWCICTA) is a formal joint venture between Warrnambool City Council, Corangamite Shire Council and Moyne Shire Council, established to deliver collaborative ICT services, drive shared digital transformation, and create operational efficiencies across the region.
We are seeking an experienced and hands on Technical Solutions Lead TechnologyOne (Property & Rating) to join our Coastal Connect Program on a temporary full time basis until 31 May 2027.
This is a unique opportunity to play a leading technical role in one of regional Victoria’s most significant collaborative local government technology transformation programs.
About Coastal Connect
Coastal Connect is SWCICTA’s major transformation initiative, delivering a full suite of nine TechnologyOne ERP SaaS modules across the three participating councils using common configuration, standardised business processes and shared governance arrangements.
About the role
Reporting within the Coastal Connect Program, the Technical Solutions Lead – TechnologyOne is a senior specialist role responsible for providing:

Technical leadership

Solution design oversight
-
System configuration coordination
-
Implementation support
-
Integration management
-
Operational guidance
with a strong focus on TechnologyOne Property & Rating modules.
You will work closely with the Project Control Group, Coastal Connect Project Team, TechnologyOne consultants, implementation partners, operational stakeholders and council business units to ensure successful delivery of Property & Rating solutions that meet legislative, operational, financial, compliance and customer service requirements.
