About the role
Join SA Medical Imaging and play an important role in creating a welcoming, positive experience for every patient. As an Administrative Officer, you’ll provide efficient and professional reception, bookings and administrative support, while being a friendly first point of contact for patients and a trusted communication link between SA Medical Imaging, other departments and external organisations.
Working independently or as part of a small team, you’ll contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the department and have the opportunity to work across a range of administrative areas. This role offers variety and connection, with availability required across seven days on a rotating roster.
About You
We’re looking for a capable and compassionate administrator who brings professionalism, accuracy and a strong commitment to patient-focused service.
- Strong frontline administration experience in a clinical setting
- Confident using patient systems, electronic records and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, judgement and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and empathy
