We're looking for someone to build employer partnerships across Australia and create more opportunities for our graduates.
This isn't a recruitment role or just an account management role. Your mission is to build genuine partnerships with employers that lead to interviews, placements and long-term hiring relationships.

Your Mission
Build and grow our Employer Partnership Network across Australia by connecting Australian businesses with pre-vetted, job-ready technology professionals.
Your success will directly influence how many careers we change each year.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders and business decision-makers.
- Generate employer leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, business events and outbound prospecting.
- Secure meetings with employers across Australia.
- Convert conversations into long-term hiring partnerships.
- Create interview opportunities for SyncSkills graduates.
- Work alongside our founders to develop our employer growth strategy.
- Track partnership activity and continuously improve results.
How You'll Generate Opportunities
You'll proactively create opportunities through:
- LinkedIn outreach.
- Employer referrals.
- Existing SyncSkills community and alumni.
- Business networking events.
- Industry associations.
- Direct outreach to hiring managers.
- Strategic partnership opportunities.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
