We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our growing logistics team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering products to customers across the Sydney metropolitan area while providing excellent customer service and ensuring deliveries are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely.
- Deliver products to customers in accordance with delivery schedules.
- Verify orders and obtain proof of delivery.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Ensure products are handled carefully to prevent damage.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork.
- Assist warehouse staff with picking and packing when required.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.
Requirements
- Current Australian Driver's Licence (MR Licence preferred but not essential).
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move cartons and products safely.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-organised.
- Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules.
Desirable
- Previous experience in FMCG, wholesale, or distribution deliveries.
- Experience delivering to supermarkets, convenience stores, and retail outlets.
