Experience within mining, infrastructure, utilities or government environments will be highly regarded. Equally important are a growth mindset, strong commercial judgement, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable outcomes.
For Consultants and Senior Consultants , the focus is on understanding client challenges, conducting research and analysis, developing recommendations, and translating insights into practical actions that deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with clients and delivery teams, contributing to engagement success while developing your consulting capabilities.
Managers and Senior Managers play a leading role in shaping and delivering consulting engagements. You will manage workstreams and multidisciplinary teams, engage senior executives, and help clients navigate complex transformation initiatives. Beyond delivery, you will contribute to business development, practice growth and team capability, acting as a trusted adviser to both clients and colleagues.
