KiDZSPOT Early Learning Centres are privately owned and family run. We are experienced owner operators with a hands-on approach in the management of our centres. Being family-run means we focus on long-term reputation and connection, rather than short-term profit targets.
With smaller class sizes, our centres allow staff to get to know each other better. With fewer children to manage, staff have more time to connect with one another, share ideas, and engage in collaborative teaching, creating a more friendly and warm atmosphere.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You are a leader and the lead educator for your room. Working closely with the Centre Manager, you are responsible for the delivery of high-quality care. The Room Leader oversees the implementation of daily education programs, mentors and coaches staff, and ensures safety and regulatory compliance at all times.
