The Learning & Engagement Lead is responsible for the coordination and delivery of the MSO’s Emerging Artists programs and education partnerships, supporting both operational delivery and external engagement initiatives. The role also contributes to community outreach and engagement activities, helping strengthen the MSO’s connection with diverse audiences and communities.
Reporting to the Head of Learning & Engagement and working closely with the Director of Programming and the Artistic Planning team, the role collaborates across all areas of the organisation and develops strong relationships with key external partners and stakeholders.
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised professional who brings creativity, professionalism and a collaborative approach to delivering outstanding outcomes.

Education and Qualifications

Relevant qualifications in event management, arts, music or education

A minimum of two years’ experience in an equivalent or similar role
Knowledge and Demonstrated Experience

Exceptional administrative skills, with a strong ability to use initiative and coordinate concurrent record-keeping and program-related operational processes
