We are seeking an experienced Night Auditor to join our team (as a Part-Time employee). This role will report to the Night Manager and is responsible for the overall care, hospitality and service given to our guests throughout their stay.

The successful candidate will:
- Completely understand the Front Desk and Cashiering process.
- Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and local area.
- To handle cashiering and night audit procedures with efficiency and to ensure they are in line with the hotel accounting standards
- Be a point of contact for all guest needs
- To ensure our guests receive a fast and efficient check-in and check-out
- Daily accuracy of all paperwork for the day and ensuring that all data processes are correct
- Assisting with Concierge when required
Ideally you will have:
- Experience with Opera or similar PMS system
- Preferred 1-2 years Front Office experience within a 4-5 star environment
- A passion for the hospitality industry & have an eye for detail
- A customer service focus and enjoy working in a team environment
- The ability to work shift work including evening and weekends
- Excellent communication and time management skills
