Ekaa Care Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider delivering personalised support to people living with disability across Greater Sydney.
We are looking for a reliable and organised Administration & Operations Officer to join our growing team on a temporary casual role.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, keeping records organised and making sure important tasks are followed through.
The role will be primarily work from home, with flexible hours arranged around operational requirements.
About the Role
You will work closely with management and support the day-to-day administration and coordination of our NDIS services.
The successful applicant will need to be organised, responsive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to management.
- Monitor and respond to emails, telephone enquiries and general requests.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of support workers.
- Check and maintain staff compliance, qualifications, screening checks and training records.
- Assist with staff availability, rostering and shift changes.
- Help coordinate replacement support workers when shifts become unavailable.
- Maintain participant files, service agreements and other documentation.
- Enter and update information in internal systems.
- Assist with timesheets and general administration.
- Communicate professionally with participants, families, Support Coordinators and support workers.
- Prepare correspondence, forms, reports and other documents.
- Assist with compliance and quality-related administration.
- Follow up outstanding tasks and ensure actions are completed.
- Provide general operational support to management.
About You

- Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Comfortable learning new software and systems.

- Proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks.
- Flexible and willing to assist with different operational requirements.
Essential
- Previous administration, coordination or office-based experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Competent with Microsoft Office.
- Australian work rights.
- National Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check / Working with Children Check where applicable.
Experience working in the NDIS, disability, aged care, healthcare or community services sector will be highly regarded.
Experience with NDIS participant records, rostering, staff compliance, onboarding or NDIS administration will be an advantage.
Pay: $36.00 – $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 24.0 per week
