This is real, physical work. You'll be on your feet all day, moving through homes, using your body. It's demanding, and we want you to go in with your eyes open - because the people who thrive in this role are the ones who take that physical commitment seriously and still bring their best to every home they walk into.
What You'll Be Doing
- Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to a professional standard
- Laundry, bed-making, and general home organisation
- Following client-specific checklists and care preferences
- Working in the homes of NDIS, DVA, and private clients across Toowoomba and surrounds - people who genuinely value what you do

Requirements
- Current driver's licence and reliable, registered and insured vehicle
- Smartphone for scheduling and communication
- Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Physically fit and able to sustain the demands of the role across a full shift
Role Details
- Casual position starting from $34.00 per hour
- Minimum 15 hours per week - 3+ days availability preferred
- Monday to Friday only (no weekends or public holidays)
- Based in Toowoomba CBD and surrounds, servicing up to 30 minutes in any direction
