About the Role
The Food and Beverage Executive will be responsible for handling guest reservations, requirements and inquires for all Hotel Outlets via phone, email and internet platforms efficiently and seamlessly. As well as assisting the Food and Beverage department with administrative duties.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service
- Make outgoing calls to guests to provide confirmations of reservations and relay event/dining related information
- Tend to special Guest needs and requests
- Assists the F& B Director with special events to ensure effective coordination across all F&B departments
- To assist in planning food and beverage reports, business planning, and PowerPoint presentations where required.
- To take minutes, draft letters, compose correspondence, file, and maintain an efficient trace system.
- To coordinate and ensure all menus are printed and readily available for the outlets.
- To assist the Executive Chef and Outlet Chefs with printing and formatting of recipes and menus, and that the database is maintained.
- To complete weekly reports as directed by the Director of Food and Beverage and Executive Chef.
