Yin Kwee Trading PL are an established and growing importer and distributor of South-East Asian food & beverages. Our mission is to bring the heart of Asian cuisine to Australian households. We supply to specialty groceries around Melbourne and are continually expanding.
About the role
We're seeking for an aspiring individual to fill a Full-Time Role. This position will service Melbourne's Metropolitan Area.
Main Responsibilities:
-Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers
-Be willing to learn and share knowledge on products
-Grow the existing product portfolio of existing customers
-Set and achieve volume sales targets
-Continue to grow and achieve new heights in sales
-Seek and develop new business opportunities
-Effectively communicate with the operations team on the requirements of the customer.
-Arranging existing merchandise in stores to maximise product exposure and sales for customers.
-Visiting customers on a weekly/bi-weekly schedule.
-Collect & internally report key market activities
-Account management
The successful applicant will possess:
-Superior selling and negotiating ability
-A proactive attitude to their customer base and sales target
-The ability to work autonomously, a self starter who uses their own initiative and lateral thinking in solving customer issues;
-Proven presentation skills and business acumen;
-Relevant and demonstrated sales experience in the food industry;
-Proficiency in learning a product range quickly
-Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers
-Good organisational and time management skills

Other requirements:
-Australian Drivers Licence is required - a fully serviced company vehicle is provided for use.

- FMCG Experience highly favourable but not crucial.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
