Breakfast Chef – Casual position available
Hotel Sorrento is looking for a new Breakfast Chef to be part of our dynamic Kitchen Team to be trained and work in our Main Dining Room Restaurant.
Key responsibilities:
· Preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes
· Maintain consistency and portion control according to recipes and standards
· Follow food safety guidelines and HACCP procedures
We’re looking for:
· Strong work ethic and efficiently during busy service periods
· Similar experience in a Breakfast chef role
· High level communication and time management skills

Approximately 20hrs per week, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work required. Increased hours available for the right candidate as we move towards the peak Summer period.
