About Allied Health services
Allied Health at Cabrini is a rapidly expanding and highly integrated service comprising twelve professional disciplines. The department plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across the organisation.
Cabrini Allied Health offers a wide range of opportunities, including senior consultant and leadership roles, clinical stream positions, junior staff rotation and support programs, professional development and teaching opportunities, and the cultivation of strong external and university partnerships.
Our Occupational Therapy team delivers high-quality, evidence-based care across acute, rehabilitation, palliative, and ambulatory services. We’re committed to patient-centred care in a collaborative, supportive environment.
What the role involves:
Deliver patient-centred Occupational Therapy care, including assessment, treatment, re-evaluation, documentation, team liaison, and discharge planning
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support safe and effective patient transitions
Apply sound clinical knowledge and reasoning of Occupational Therapy practice and principles
Manage time effectively, prioritising workload in a dynamic clinical environment
Demonstrate initiative, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
What we're looking for:
We’re looking for a passionate and driven Occupational Therapist ready to take the next step in their career. Whether you’re an experienced Grade 2 or a Senior Grade 1 looking to step up, you’ll bring confidence, compassion, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in an acute setting.
You will have:
Current registration with AHPRA and eligibility for membership to OT Australia.
Current Victorian driver's license.
Commitment to quality patient care and outcomes.
Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills.
Well-developed interpersonal & communication skills – written and verbal - with a strong client focus.
Positive attitude and ability to be flexible.
Working with Children’s Check.
