About the Role
- Lead, mentor and support a team of Technicians and Apprentices
- Oversee daily workshop operations — scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation
- Monitor job progress to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely completion
- Liaise with Service Advisors to keep customers informed and satisfied
- Maintain accurate job records, invoicing, and warranty compliance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and profitability
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and training to your team

About You
- Proven leadership experience as a Senior Technician, Leading Hand, Foreman, or Workshop Controller
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Proactive, organised, and passionate about developing others
- Experience with European, American, or Japanese truck brands is advantageous but not essential
