You'll be on the front lines, often in regulated industries, helping businesses use technology responsibly and with confidence. This will involve assessing and evaluating the design and effectiveness of organisations' IT systems and process controls, AI governance, and cybersecurity to ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation. You'll also support testing of AI models and emerging technologies, delivering practical insights on reliability, fairness and control effectiveness. As a Senior Associate, you'll support systems and process engagements across industries, helping clients strengthen their IT control environments while supporting their innovation and growth with AI. By building skills in technology and AI assurance, you'll play a role in creating a more trustworthy, explainable and responsible digital world.

Evaluate clients’ technology (including AI) environments including application controls, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data protection, AI governance, ethics, and model risk, and IT governance frameworks
Design and execute data-driven audit procedures using analytics, automation, AI (agentic, generative) for digitally enabled and continuous controls assurance.
3-5 years of proven experience in managing digital audit engagements within professional services or industry, covering areas such as application controls, IT general controls, cybersecurity, AI governance, and IT governance
Strong technical knowledge of IT frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST), cybersecurity standards, and relevant regulatory requirements
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues into business recommendations
Interest or experience in leveraging AI, automation, cloud, or data analytics (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google) is highly regarded
Desirable skills
Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or progress toward CA/CPA are highly regarded but we value capability, judgement, and impact just as much as formal credentials.
