THE ROLE
The Senior Stakeholder and Operations Adviser provides high-level coordination and advisory support to the Executive Director, Communications and Engagement and the branch's senior leadership team. The role plays a central part in ensuring the effective operation of the branch by managing forward planning, supporting executive workflows, and coordinating responses to Ministerial and whole-of-government requests. It also provides quality assurance of briefs and key materials, ensuring outputs are accurate, consistent and aligned with organisational priorities.
The role leads the coordination of stakeholder engagement and sponsorship activities across Homes Victoria's key sectors and programs, supporting participation in strategic forums and strengthening external partnerships. In addition, it oversees forward business and strategic planning processes, including leadership workshops and the development of key reports for senior executives and the Minister. Through this, the role helps maintain strong governance, operational discipline and stakeholder alignment across the Communications and Engagement branch.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
