About the Role
As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you'll provide advanced clinical care, lead service delivery and support the development of staff within a collaborative multidisciplinary team. This is an opportunity to influence practice, build capability and improve outcomes for clients and communities.
Deliver expert OT services across complex caseloads
Lead daily service priorities and clinical practice
Supervise, mentor and support staff and students
Drive quality improvement and service development
Partner with multidisciplinary teams to achieve great outcomes
About You
You are an experienced Occupational Therapist who combines clinical expertise with strong leadership and a commitment to person-centred care.
Hold a recognised OT qualification and AHPRA registration
Bring extensive experience across acute, rehab and/or community settings
Apply advanced clinical reasoning to complex presentations
Lead, support and develop staff and students
Use evidence-based practice to improve care and outcomes
