Our Business Services team is responsible for delivering a consistent, high-quality experience for clients, guests, and colleagues across Colliers’ offices.
We’re looking for a Senior Workplace Coordinator to be our on-the-ground lead in Victoria. Based in Melbourne CBD, you’ll act as the key on-site contact and trusted go-to across multiple offices, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and consistently.
This role is ideal for an experienced Office Coordinator or Administrator ready to take the next step, with the opportunity to broaden their scope and build capability across multiple locations.
What you’ll do

Act as the primary on-site contact for workplace operations across VIC offices

Oversee day-to-day office functionality, ensuring a seamless and professional experience

Support front-of-house teams to maintain consistent service standards

Coordinate facilities and workplace services, working closely with central and national teams

Manage local office needs including access, workspace setup, and general upkeep

Support onboarding and offboarding processes locally

Assist with delivery of Victorian events and team initiatives

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and service providers

Ensure local alignment with national workplace standards and processes
