About the Role:
Coorong Quays is the largest freshwater marina in the Southern Hemisphere, located on Hindmarsh Island, an hour south of Adelaide. We are seeking a full-time Marina Operations Manager to oversee the operation of the Coorong Quays marina and storage business. The role is hands on and will also involve encumbrance, commercial property management and other duties as directed by the SA Operations Manager. We strongly encourage applicants from a marina or marine operations background.
About You:

Previous experience in Marina and/or boating generally

Previous relevant management experience ideally in property management or similar role

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Energetic ‘can do’ attitude

Genuine interest in the marine and storage industry

Strong attention to detail and time management focus

Problem solving skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal

Knowledge of accounting packages an advantage

Current drivers and boat licence.
