Seed Disability Services (NDIS Registered Provider) is seeking a reliable and compassionate Disability Support Worker to support a participant with community access and daily wellbeing supports.
Key Duties:
- Assist with day-to-day living and promote independence.
- Support attendance at GP, allied health, and other appointments.
- Assist with community access and participant-chosen activities.
- Support employment goals by assisting the participant to gain lawn mowing clients.
- Assist with light household tasks.
- Provide wellbeing check-ins and report concerns as required.
- Complete accurate, NDIS-compliant shift note
Mandatory Requirements:
- Updated First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Updated Police Check
- Updated Driver’s License
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (“Quality, Safety and You”)
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Updated Infection Control Certificate
- COVID-19 Infection Control Training (if available)
- Updated Vehicle Registration & Insurance
