As part of our organisational redesign, we're introducing new roles that support Darebin's future focus and priorities.
About the role:
This is a senior strategic position playing an important and significant role in ensuring we enable our organisation and staff to have the capability to provide sector leading services.
It is responsible for leading key components of our Strategic Workforce plan and People Strategy Action Plan, including:
- Building an empowered, capable and high-achieving workforce
- Developing inspiring leaders who embrace the challenges ahead and champion change
- Delivering on our organisational cultural programs and initiatives to be inclusive of our diversity, values and goals
- Continually improving our employee experience and engagement.
The role acts as a subject matter expert advising on contemporary organisational culture and organisational development approaches.
You will:
- Deliver workshops, engagement activities and organisational development initiatives.
- Take a lead role in design and implementation of organisational development projects, such as behavioural capability development, corporate induction, talent initiatives and recognition events.
- Lead and manage organisational-wide performance and planning review process
About you:
- Significant experience in successfully planning, designing, and delivering organisational cultural projects and initiatives, including the facilitation of workshops and information sessions.
- Advanced level of written communication and report writing skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate, influence, lead and work with others to address complex issues
- Experience working across a complex and diverse organisation with demonstrated success delivering effective outcomes
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology or related disciplines with experience in organisational development or extensive and diverse experience in a similar position.
- Accreditation in relevant diagnostics and psychometric assessment tools is an advantage.
