We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Investments team in Melbourne as an Investment Consulting Intern.
What can you expect?
An Investment consulting internship with Mercer Investments gives you the opportunity to spend two months immersed in Investment consulting work across institutional clients such as insurance companies, endowments and foundations. You will be learning consulting tools and techniques, assisting with client work, and engaging in thought leadership projects with some of the best consultants in the industry.
The paid internship runs between 23 November 2026 and 22 January 2027 , with the possibility for future opportunities as a Graduate Analyst, which provides a great starting point for a career as an investment consultant!

What you need to have:
- An interest in investment consulting
- In your penultimate year of a relevant undergraduate degree, with a view to developing a career as a consultant.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and critical thinking skills.
- Self-motivated team player.
- Strong sense of ownership, paying attention to detail, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and ability to present confidently.
