About the Opportunity
Join the dedicated casual nursing team at Armidale Hospital, a key regional referral hospital delivering high-quality care to the New England community. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment, providing care across a range of clinical areas while making a meaningful impact on patients and their families. You will be supported by experienced Clinical Nurse Educators, Patient Access Managers, and Assistant Nurse Unit Managers, ensuring you have guidance in your day-to-day role. You’ll also receive a comprehensive orientation program (both virtual and face-to-face), along with ongoing support from Nurse Managers and access to continued professional development opportunities.
What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care, supporting patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey.
You will:
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care in line with your scope of practice
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team
- Support patients to understand their care and make informed decisions

You will play an important role in ensuring patients receive consistent, thoughtful, and high-quality care every shift.
