About the role
We are seeking Trade Assistants with a labouring or roofing background to join our commercial installation crews. This is commercial project work, not residential. You will support the rooftop stages of large scale commercial solar installations, including racking and panel mounting on a range of commercial roof types across NSW and QLD, with some travel to regional sites.
Key responsibilities

Installation of racking, rails and mounting systems on commercial rooftops
- Panel lifting, placement and securing to specification
- Site setup, material handling and housekeeping
- Working safely at heights and complying with all site WHS requirements
- Supporting licensed installers and working under the direction of the Site Supervisor
What you will need

White Card (General Construction Induction)
- Working at Heights certification
- Current driver licence
- Physical fitness and confidence working on commercial rooftops
- Ability to travel to regional project sites when required
- Strong safety mindset and reliable work ethic
Highly regarded

Labouring, roofing or construction experience
- Experience on solar or electrical projects
- EWP, forklift or first aid tickets
