We’re looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Support Workers to join our team, providing In-Home Aged Care and Disability Care throughout the Hills District & Hornsby Shires.
Our work is all about supporting people to live well and independently in their own homes. You’ll travel from client to client, providing one-on-one care with the reassurance of fully rostered shifts and professional support behind you every step of the way.

What do you’ll need?
- An insured, reliable car and current Driver’s Licence
- A smartphone for on-the-go client information and timesheets
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
- NDIS Worker Check
- A qualification in Aged Care, Disability or a related field, OR demonstrable experience in providing care
