With a capacity for 185 enrolments, including 22 spaces tailored for children requiring extra support, Kool Beanz SUNS Carrara is at the forefront of progressive childcare.
We are currently seeking a passionate Assistant Educator, who is a minimum of Cert III qualified or actively working towards their qualification. We are looking for an educator who can bring creativity, flexibility and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting children's learning and development. We value educator who are aligned with our philosophy and are passionate about meeting the individual development needs of every child.
Responsibilities:

Support a team of Lead Educators to implement programs, follow the EYLF and share the excitement of child-led discovery

Create long-lasting connections and partnerships with the local community, schools, and families

Support the Centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
Qualifications and Qualities:

Diploma qualified Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards this qualification

First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates

Paid working with children check (blue Card)

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Working hours:
We are looking for team members who are able to work within the hours of 6.30am and 6.30pm Monday - Friday.
