Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries promptly via phone and email, taking ownership of each order
- Process sales orders from initial enquiry through to invoicing, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate delivery and resolve order issues
- Prepare and review Proforma Invoices, update pricing in SAP, and support customs documentation
- Assist inventory planning and track order progress daily, maintaining high accuracy in records
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow in partnership with Finance and Operations
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in customer service, order management, or administration within a supply chain environment
- SAP experience essential; familiarity with customs, inventory, and order processing preferred
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, with a high sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator with the capacity for collaborative teamwork
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
