An Experienced Section Waiter is responsible for managing an assigned section of a restaurant while delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring smooth dining operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage an assigned section and ensure excellent service throughout the dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and provide menu recommendations.
- Serve food and drinks according to restaurant standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special dietary requirements professionally.
- Process bills and payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and the dining area.
- Train and support junior waiters and new team members when required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Pay: $4,500.00 – $6,000.00 per month
