In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team focusing on safer people outcomes through the administration and management of system restrictions and supporting other areas of the business with enquiries pertaining to the integrity of records and licensing programs.
Working within the Licence Integrity & Security team you will be collating relevant documents to support all aspects of licensing programs including the resolution of proof of identity matters. These tasks will require you to review, understand and accurately apply policies, procedures, and legislation in relation to proof of identity requirements, inputting data into DRIVES and other databases.
Please note you are required to attend the office in Parramatta 5 days pw.
There are 2 roles, one permanent and one temporary to 1 March 2028.

About you
Your excellent communication skills, strong administrative and clerical skills, good eye for detail and ability to read and interpret legislation will see you excel in this role leading to fast accurate customer outcomes. You're recognised as a subject matter expert in driver licence and proof of identification practices, highly professional with the ability to make decisions, review, advise and support colleagues and stakeholders utilising your expertise gained from working in regulatory activities relating to driver licensing to make accurate decisions and provide advice.
You're skilled at working in a fast-paced high volume environment, experienced in customer service being always professional and helpful and maintaining confidentiality.
