We’re Looking For…
Customer-focused Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building genuine relationships while supporting customers through an important life decision.
What You’ll Do
- Provide a welcoming and professional interface between customers, the sales team, and key stakeholders, ensuring every interaction reflects Stockland’s values.
- Support the delivery of a high-performing sales office and digital presence, ensuring projects are presented at their best to maximise enquiry conversion.
- Assist with administrative tasks across the sales journey, from initial enquiry through to settlement, helping achieve sales and settlement targets.
- Manage inventory, stocklists, and CRM systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
- Contribute to customer engagement activities and communication programs that guide customers with confidence through their buying journey.
About You
You’re passionate about customer experience and enjoy helping people navigate important decisions. You bring a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a desire to grow your career in a supportive and collaborative sales environment.
Experience & Skills That Count
- Experience in a customer-centric sales or service role within property, retail, or financial services.
- Strong administrative capability with attention to detail across systems, processes, and documentation.
- Ability to build meaningful relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM systems, with Salesforce highly regarded.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
