Front of House All-Rounder (Waitstaff) - Full Time / Part Time

Fins & Ribs is a busy beachfront restaurant in the heart of Manly, serving premium seafood, ribs, steaks, burgers, pasta and cocktails. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House All-Rounders to join our team. Key Responsibilities
Welcome and seat guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the dining experience. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Have a thorough knowledge of our menu, daily specials, beverages and dietary requirements.
Recommend menu items and beverages to enhance the guest experience.
Prepare and serve coffee and other hot beverages (barista experience is highly regarded).
Assist with bar service, including preparing beers, wines, spirits and basic cocktails (bartending experience is a strong advantage).
Process payments and operate the POS system accurately.
Set up, clean and maintain dining areas, service stations and outdoor seating.
Assist with opening and closing duties, restocking and maintaining cleanliness throughout the venue.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.
Comply with RSA, food safety and workplace health and safety standards.
About You
Previous experience in a busy restaurant, café or similar hospitality environment.
Friendly, reliable and well-presented with a positive attitude. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
Current NSW RSA certificate.
Barista and/or bartending experience is highly regarded.
Availability to work weekends, evenings and public holidays.
