We are looking for a commercially minded Social Media & Creator Partnerships Manager to lead the social presence of our two fashion brands, Belle & Bloom and Mosmann Australia.
This is a hands-on role combining social media management, content creation, creator partnerships and social commerce. It would suit an experienced social media professional, freelancer or content creator who understands fashion, trends and how to turn engaging content into traffic and sales.
Key responsibilities
- Manage both brands through Meta Business Suite, including planning, scheduling, posting, Stories and product tagging.
- Develop and maintain monthly social content calendars.
- Operate Meta Creator Marketplace for both brands and creator Affiliate program.
- Manage creator outreach, gifting, collaborations, briefs, content delivery and reporting.
- Create original, on-trend Reels, videos and social content in-house.
- Coordinate branded, creator and UGC content across both brands.
- Manage community engagement, including comments and messages.
- Ensure content is correctly tagged and commercially focused.
- Support Meta verification and maintain relevant platform features.
- Work with our digital agency and contribute creative insights for Meta advertising.
- Report on content, creator and social commerce performance.
- Coordinate with our internal creative team, Ecommerce team, and remote support team and utilise available AI automation.
About you
- Strong experience managing social media for fashion, beauty, lifestyle or ecommerce brands.
- Confident creating and editing social-first video content.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and current content trends.
- Experience managing influencers, creators and gifting programs.
- Commercially focused, organised and comfortable working independently.
- Confident appearing in content when suitable would be an advantage.
- Photography, videography or creative-production experience would be highly regarded.
Regular attendance at our McMahons Point office is required for planning, meetings and in house content creation, together with flexibility around key photoshoots and campaign schedules.
