Casual Team Member – Rebound Arena Port Kennedy

Rebound Arena Port Kennedy is looking for energetic, friendly and reliable Casual Team Members to join our team.
We are a busy indoor trampoline and family entertainment venue offering trampolines, soft play, birthday parties, group bookings, school events, After Dark sessions and more.

About the Role
As a Casual Team Member, you may work across different areas of the venue, including:
- Customer service and front reception
- Supervising trampoline and activity areas
- Hosting birthday parties and group bookings
- Café service and basic food preparation
- Cleaning and maintaining presentation standards
- Assisting with events and busy weekend sessions
- Ensuring guests follow venue safety rules
- Creating a welcoming, fun and positive experience for every guest
Full training will be provided.

- Able to follow safety procedures and staff instructions
- Available across weekends, school holidays and public holidays
- Flexible with afternoon and evening availability
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, recreation, children's activities or party hosting is an advantage, but not essential.
Availability
Applicants must have good casual availability.
Our busiest periods include:
- Fridays
- Saturdays and Sundays
- After-school periods
- School holidays
- Public holidays
- Special events and functions
Weekend availability is particularly important.
Requirements
Successful applicants will be required to:
- Hold or obtain a valid Working With Children Check
- Hold or obtain provide first aid certificate
- Food Safe Certificate
- Follow all venue safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while at work
