Buon Appetit is a busy, family-owned Italian restaurant in Camden, known for handmade Italian food, wood-fired pizza, quality service, and a strong local following. We started as a food truck and have grown into one of Camden’s busiest hospitality venues, built on consistency, pride, and genuine hospitality.
We are looking for a confident and reliable Bartender / Bar Attendant to join our front-of-house team.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys fast-paced service, works well under pressure, and takes pride in delivering great drinks and great customer experiences.
About the Role
You will be working across our bar and restaurant service, preparing drinks, supporting floor staff, and helping keep the bar running smoothly during busy services.
The role includes:
- Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Pouring beer, wine and basic spirits
- Making cocktails and house drinks
- Running drinks to tables when needed
- Keeping the bar clean, stocked and organised
- Following RSA requirements at all times
- Supporting the wider front-of-house team
- Maintaining a professional and friendly attitude with customers and staff
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Confident speaking with customers
- Able to work nights and weekends
- Calm under pressure during busy service
- Clean, organised and proactive
- A strong team player
- Experienced in bar work or willing to learn quickly
Previous bar or restaurant experience is preferred, but the right attitude is most important.
Requirements
- Current RSA required
- Weekend availability required
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Cocktail experience is a bonus
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Pay: $24.95 – $45.28 per hour
Experience:
- Bar Tending: 3 years (Required)
- Barista: 3 years (Preferred)
