What You’ll Do
- Serve customers and provide helpful product recommendations
- Process sales and handle cash accurately
- Replenish stock and maintain strong store presentation
- Assist with deliveries, stock movement and back-of-house organisation
- Work independently while supporting the wider venue team
- Maintain responsible service standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, reliable and customer-focused approach
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- The physical ability to safely handle and move stock
- Flexible availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
- A current Queensland RSA and eligibility to work in a licensed bottle shop
Previous bottle shop, retail or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential. Reliability, attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
