Our client, Pratap Financial Services is seeking an experienced Human Resource Advisor to join their team.
Tasks Include:
· Coordinating recruitment activities, including arranging advertisements for vacant positions, shortlisting applications, arranging interviews, and supporting selection decisions.
· Maintaining accurate employee records, personnel files, and updating human resource information systems in line with business and compliance requirements.
· Providing day-to-day HR advice to management and employees on workplace policies, procedures, and employment conditions.
· Supporting managers in handling staff performance matters, including performance reviews, improvement plans, and disciplinary processes.
· Managing employee onboarding and induction processes.
· Responding to routine HR enquiries from employees and managers by applying relevant workplace legislation, awards, and internal policies.
· Assisting in the development, implementation, and review of HR policies and procedures to meet operational and business needs.
· Advising managers on fair and compliant recruitment, selection, and induction practices.
· Supporting employee training and development initiatives, including identifying skills gaps and coordinating learning activities where required.
· Assisting with workplace health and safety matters, including compliance support, incident reporting, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
· Supporting employee engagement initiatives and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
· Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships, including liaising with managers, employees, and external service providers.
· Assisting with HR reporting, workforce data analysis, and preparation of internal HR documentation.
· Contributing to and coordinating HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.
Qualifications and other requirements
· Have a bachelor’s degree or higher qualification. At least five years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification.
· At least 3 years of experience as a Human Resource Advisor
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle HR documentation and processes accurately
· Sound knowledge of workplace policies, procedures, and relevant employment legislation and standards
· Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office environment
· Strong focus on compliance and workplace health and safety obligations, with an understanding of relevant regulatory requirements

Pay: $85,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
