Byron Bay and Brisbane. We're growing fast and we need a skilled
installer who takes pride in the finish, not just the rate.

that's been done properly, you'll fit right in.

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES
- Supply and install of engineered timber, hybrid, vinyl plank and
carpet across residential and commercial projects
- Herringbone and chevron pattern work (experience preferred — we'll
train the right person)
- Floor preparation — grinding, levelling, moisture testing
- Working directly with our project team and customers from measure
through to completion
- Representing Evolved Floors on site — that means clean work, good
communication and a professional finish every time

WHAT WE'RE OFFERING
- $80,000 – $100,000 base salary depending on experience
- Company van supplied

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience installing timber, hybrid or vinyl plank flooring
- Attention to detail that doesn't slip when no one's watching
- QBCC licence or working toward one (preferred, not essential)
- Physically fit and reliable — this is hands-on work
- Full Australian working rights or eligibility for sponsorship
- Gold Coast based or willing to relocate
