Position Overview
Fig & Bloom is seeking a Full Time Floral Designer, a skilled technician capable of designing superb floral arrangements efficiently and without direct instruction or supervision. With practical hands-on experience, an Experienced Floral Designer demonstrates progress toward sharing their knowledge with junior staff. A role model for our high standards of excellence. The successful applicant may be considered for a full time role if the position is available.
The successful candidate must have a keen eye for detail and eagerness to understand the technical strengths & weaknesses of their fellow team members. With a strong understanding of the team’s goals & objectives, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in achieving overall success as a team.

meet daily production targets & assist any team members who might be struggling
make a positive & memorable impression with every customer or client interaction
contribute to the organized, orderly & smooth running of daily operations
assist with inventory control, ensuring we neither run out nor waste stock
maintain a clean, organized & safe work environment.
