- Proven food and beverage service experience and qualification in food and beverage service training, preferably diploma or certificate in Hospitality or Tourism management
- Experience in a supervisory food and beverage role for at least 6 months in a deluxe hotel or similar environment
- Proficient at effectively training staff and fostering positive team morale
- Good knowledge of wines, cocktails and other beverages
- Previous experience and passion for making cocktails and mixology
- Computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office
- Current NSW RSA certificate
- Unlimited working rights in Australia
