The Opportunity:
In the role of Manager (Change Control), you will lead the delivery and governance of change management and change control functions across The Wave (Rail) project. You will ensure all project and operational changes are assessed, prioritised and implemented in a controlled and consistent manner, supporting safe, efficient and value for money outcomes across a complex rail infrastructure environment.
Working closely with senior leadership, delivery partners, and key stakeholders including Queensland Rail, you will provide strategic advice on change impacts, risks and integration across work packages, ensuring alignment with program objectives and operational readiness.
You will model behaviours and attitudes aligned with TMR's values and contribute to a positive team culture, meeting of team and personal accountability expectations and modelling the standards of professional behaviour.
