This September, we’re opening our second store at Sunshine Plaza, Maroochydore, and we’re building a dream team to help bring the feel-good energy. What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers with your genuine smile and positive energy
- Sharing product knowledge and helping people find the perfect scent for their mood or home
- Having genuine conversations with customers to understand what they’re looking for – and confidently suggesting products that complement their purchase, helping the whole team hit our basket goals together
- Creating feel-good moments through small acts of care and connection
- Keeping the store looking beautiful, clean and well-stocked
- Supporting the team with POS, stock handling and visual merchandising
- Jumping in wherever needed – we’ve got each other’s backs!
About You
- You’re outgoing, kind and super reliable
- You have retail, hospitality or customer service experience (or you’re ready to learn!)
- You bring positive energy to every shift – and help lift the team around you
- You’re a confident, natural conversationalist – you love connecting with customers and get a kick out of helping the team smash its goals together
- You’re a clear communicator and love working with people
- You’re available at least 10 hours a week, including weekends or late nights
- You’re genuinely excited about fragrance, interiors and the little things that make life feel good
