We are looking for a cheerful individual for 38 hours per week that can assist our team in staying organised and completing their work to a high standard.
This role involves the following tasks: ·
- We are looking for a hard working, reliable and confident administration assistant who can work autonomously and within a team to support our growing company.
About the role
The successful applicant will be required to assist with but not limited to:
General Administrative Duties
- Action emails including saving and filing
- Data entry
- Scanning and filing
- Entering and verifying employee timesheets
- Sending and receiving invoices
- Making calls to clients and suppliers as needed
The ideal candidate will have the ability to stay focused and organised in a fast-paced environment whilst working independently during slower times.
Selection Criteria: ·
- Minimum Cert III in Business Administration
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel·
- Ability to work independently and multi-task
- A team player
Training will be provided.
You must be reliable and willing to work to the best of your abilities at all times. This is a fast-paced office and the ability to multi-task is a must.
