ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Coordinate design resolution by managing RFIs, reviewing drawings for accuracy/buildability, and ensuring current revisions are maintained and distributed.
- Monitor project progress against programme milestones and support site coordination, including subcontractor set-out, installation, and short-term planning.
- Assist procurement activities by preparing scopes, supporting tender processes, and coordinating subcontractor engagement and performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements, including implementing ITPs and aligning works with standards (NCC/BCA, Australian Standards).
- Maintain accurate project documentation such as RFIs, variations, transmittals, and ensure proper document control and traceability.
- Support quality assurance processes, including inspections, testing, and progressive collection of as-built records.
- Liaise and communicate effectively with site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure alignment across the project.
- Contribute to team culture, professionalism, and stakeholder engagement while representing the organisation in line with its code of conduct.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
3–6 years’ experience in construction project coordination
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
Possess strong attention to detail while maintaining a commercial mindset
Are confident communicating with stakeholders across all levels, including senior leadership.
Pay: $100,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
