Medisa Pty Ltd is an Australian owned medical consumable supplier, based in Castle Hill, NSW 2151. We sell Wound Care, Nutrition, Incontinence products, Urology, Ostomy, and Feeding consumables. We are seeking like-minded people to join our team and help to continue to deliver upon our mission.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the implementation of new warehouse systems and processes
- Supervising the maintenance of warehouse equipment, vehicles, and forklifts to ensure operational readiness and safety compliance
- Managing stock in, stock out and inventory accuracy.
- Keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.
- Jumping in wherever needed- whether that's in the warehouse, supporting sales or helping a customer.
- Creating a positive, team-first culture.
- Supervise team: Assign tasks, monitor performance, train staff, and run shift briefings.
- Manage operations: Oversee receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure orders are accurate and on time.
- Safety: Ensure compliance with WHS policies, conduct safety checks, and promote a safe work environment.
- Performance: Monitor KPIs (pick rates, accuracy, dispatch times) and support process improvements.
- Loading and unloading deliveries safely and in line with chain-of-responsibility requirements
- Where needed picking, packing, and preparing orders
What You’ll Bring
- Previous warehouse experience, with supervisory or team leader experience highly regarded
- Ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable to performance, safety, and quality standards
- Solid working knowledge of inventory control, stocktake processes, and goods receival and dispatch procedures
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and moving stock throughout the shift
- Strong communicator with the confidence to give clear direction and maintain standards under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and self-driven; consistently sets the standard through personal behaviour and work ethic
Pay: $30.00 – $50.00 per hour
