What you'll be doing
As an Educator, you'll play an important role in creating a warm, engaging and inclusive environment where children feel safe, supported and inspired to learn.
You'll:
- Create meaningful learning experiences inspired by children's interests and the Reggio Emilia philosophy.
- Build genuine relationships with children, families and your colleagues.
- Support children's learning, wellbeing and development through observations, documentation and reflective practice.
- Contribute ideas and collaborate with your team to create engaging indoor and outdoor learning environments.
- Foster a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional outcomes for children and families.

You'll bring:
- An ACECQA-approved Certificate III, Diploma or higher qualification.
- Experience working as a qualified Early Childhood Educator in a Long Day Care setting.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- A strong commitment to child safety, inclusion and high-quality education.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement).
- Current Mandatory Reporting and National Child Safety Training (Foundations of Child Safety), or willingness to complete prior to commencement.
- Australian working rights.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts between our opening and closing hours, Monday to Friday.
